Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hand-blown glass treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and size are expected and celebrated.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your glassybaby in its original packaging and padding to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
